Mary Beth built and sold two international communications consulting businesses in Europe and the United States and served as a director and senior consultant at two leading human performance improvement companies, ProGroup and Wilson Learning Worldwide.

Before that, Lamb spent more than seven years working throughout Europe and North Africa for European, U.S., Canadian and Australian global communications companies as a foreign correspondent and communications strategist.

Mary Beth co-authored the critically acclaimed book “Do’s and Taboos Around the World for Women in Business,” published by John Wiley & Sons and reissued in China4.

She has frequently written for and been interviewed by global media ranging from “The Wall Street Journal” to National Public Radio to European television outlets. Lamb was chosen as a Minnesota Woman of Influence because of her passion, values, and commitment to making a positive difference in Minnesota, the U.S., and the global community.

Mary Beth has lived and worked on five continents where she learned German, Spanish and Portuguese.
