Mr. DiCaprio was President and General Manager of South Shore Broadcasting, owning and operating two radio stations in Quebec. Within two years, he doubled sales, tripled listenership, and achieved three times the earnings of the previous five years. He managed a $10M profit center at a Cable TV company, and within the first six months, developed a reorganization strategy that produced a 30% increase in Division profits.

He has held key senior consultant positions with such organizations as Hay Management Consultants and The Alexander Proudfoot Company. His areas of expertise include Transformational Leadership and Change, Sales and Sales Management, and Continuous Improvement Management.

He has designed and developed, as well as facilitated, numerous training interventions in various industries and government institutions. He is the author of “Interactive Selling: A Relationship Approach”, as well as the author of record for the French version of the Wilson Learning publication entitled, “Win-Win Selling”, or “Vendre Gagnant-Gagnant”.
