Amy Batiste, Ed.D., is a learning and organization development strategist, facilitator and visual practitioner partnering with groups and organizations engaged in visioning, planning, learning, strategy development and transformation. Her areas of expertise include organization effectiveness, leadership development, coaching, and strategic diversity and inclusion. Known for both her creative and strategic capabilities, Dr. Batiste is an expert in designing, developing and implementing visual learning and planning systems that support effective meetings and learning.
Dr. Batiste began her career in 1987 at a boutique public relations firm before working in program leadership and change champion roles at Trinity University, the National Association of State Directors of Special Education, Girl Scouts (Middle Tennessee), Saturn Corporation and General Motors. She was also the founding Executive Director of the Institute for Diversity Education & Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
For the past 12 years, she has led or collaborated on engagements in more than 100 organizations including corporations, associations, professional service firms, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.
